The Bank - Malvern
A Stunning Grade 2 listed building in the heart of historic Malvern. Originally this building was the town library but has now been repurposed with the ground floor being occupied by Barclays Bank and the upper floors comprising of 2 high end luxury flats with a roof terrace.
Premier Industrial Estate
After a devastating fire that completely gutted the building Double J Properties successfully rebuilt the unit. Now completely modernised and up to code it attracted a lot of interest and was succesfully re-let within days of going back on the market
